If your base is still structurally sound, a mill-and-overlay removes the worn top layer and replaces it with fresh asphalt. This restores the surface, corrects minor grade issues, and costs significantly less than a full replacement.

If engineering drawings or surveys are already in place, we work from those. If not, we assess the site and recommend the right scope of work.

 

For new construction, the process includes clearing and grading the site, installing drainage, laying and compacting the aggregate base, and paving with hot-mix asphalt at the thickness specified for your lot’s traffic level. For replacements, we phase the demolition and paving so portions of the lot stay open. For resurfacing, we mill the existing surface, apply a tack coat, and pave the new layer.

 

After paving, we handle line striping, handicap markings, fire lane designations, directional arrows, and any other pavement markings your lot requires.
